Never tried that protein. The base has the vanilla // sweet cream and backend of mint flavor. The Oreo inclusions are the standard for the collab. They do the base that way since the filing is the sweet cream and Oreo inclusions. This one being mint gives it that extra dimension. It’s there but not overpowering so people like myself who are not huge mint fans will find it enjoyable. It took me by surprise! Limited edition flavors will have no samples unfortunately legend.

Tastes like SPK BR with a berry hit in the back end. This is why i try to be as descriptive as possible. That way if this suits your taste palate it’s worth the buy. Also since Anhauser Busch distributes the drinks likely what is written in their contract is the reason where certain flavors can be sold. If you are not a sour fan I would pass.

I will always tell it like it is. If you don't like BR or a berry based flavor this is 100% not something you should purchase, but if you do enjoy those things. Get it while you can!

I personally don't see a need to drink amino at night if you are meeting protein minimums in a 24 hour period from whole food/supps OR unless you having a meal that lacks leucine (3-5g), training at night (drinking during), or you are dosing it between a meal 4-6 hours apart to stimulate MPS (Muscle Protein Synthesis) that would be the most ideal way to take Amino on its own. let me know if that helps answer your question.

Ghost Hydration is simply Hydration. Intra has Hydration , Aminos, KSM66, Cognitive enhancers. Its a far more complete and different product.

All we know is that this one is out currently. Whatever else is to come is still a mystery.

You don't have to stack them. As stated in the video you can take size whenever. So I would suggest spacing them out throughout the day. Legend pre-workout and then size you could do first thing in the day or later in the afternoon. Really a personal preference as long as you take it daily.

Get PB cereal milk if you don’t like chocolate, pancake batter is great too! Personally I could use the PB cereal milk all day , but if you get bored with flavors I’d just half scoop with another off the ghost line . For example pb cereal and banana pancake for a banana and peanut butter combo. Or chocolate and PB.

I'd try to limit caffeine consumption as much as you can and use as needed.

I did it for a while. 2 cans are about 400mg caffeine some other energy drinks have 300mg per bottle and some pre workouts have more caffeine. Just take a break at the end of the week and listen to your body.

Long story short I always hated energy drinks because they gave me the shakes , but saw ghosts flavors and those beautiful labels and been hooked ever since, ghost is just way better for you than most energy drinks , now I drink one in the morning and make it last quite a while like minimum an hour usually like 3 or 4 , then usually another one at lunch and make that one last a while too usually a different flavor from the morning one , ,,,only adverse "side effect" is if I'm stupid and drink one past 9pm I personally will end up staying awake til 3, 4, 5am watching UA-cam instead of it normally putting me to sleep ( I should add I normally go to sleep at 130ish I work 2nd shift so I don't get up until about 10am but not getting to sleep until 5 totally sux ) so just don't drinkum late lol 😂

Flavor is subjective. Just because X or Y says that’s what they get won’t always be what you get. I also had 10 people taste it and none of them got coconut. So take that with a grain of salt.

I would never mix a protein with a pre-workout it would diminish the pre workout caffeine effects.

@@Flowmada That isn't information we would have as consumers to the brand, only those inside HQ or who work in product development. What we see through social media reviews is just a small portion of what Ghost sales are ,and how successful a flavor truly is. So to answer that question we really will not know.

This is far better over SPK RB. You also have to realize ghost hydration isn’t prime. We give you a lot more in formula over what is on the RTD market with an open label. While flavor is subjective there has been an overwhelming positive response to this rollout!
